A +, Architects + Planners is a very young, dynamic, innovative and fast growin architectural practice set up in year 2011 based in Mumbai, India. it has experience of working on private houses, Hotels, Office & Workplace buildings and Residential apartments & townships spread all over India. It is currently involved in designing, planning and execution of 3 million square feet of projects.

SIMPLICITY & MINIMALISM
SIMPLICITY, we believe, is easy in principle but difficult in practice, because this MINIMALISM is a result of meticulous & systematic clutter free planning, from the very beginning. This style of planning focuses not just on the physical qualities of the building but allows its attention to flow to the details, people, space, nature & materials. This opens up a dialogue with the surrounding and creates strong relationships between the structure and the people occupying it.
We strongly believe that the form of a building should be primarily based upon its intended FUNCTION OVER FORM: We strongly believe that the form of a building should be primarily based upon its intended function, purpose and the end user. inside out & Function over form
It is essential and very important to create spaces that suit and cater the requirements of the end user. Each project differs due to the end users, region, budget, climate, materials, as well as the spirit and design. The built form has to be a result of the various practical needs like utilization of the natural views, topography, solar heat, natural ventilation, daylight etc. and has to be perfectly detailed in terms of structural, MEP, and aesthetic requirements.Inner beauty is primary and external beauty is secondary.
Each project has massive consequences on the social, economic, environmental and aesthetics of the surrounding environs. It is thus important to understand them and work towards ensuring that the changes create an impact that results in a net POSITIVE benefit to the neighborhood.
